ما هو صحة المراة
تشكل صحة المرأة تشابكاً من العلوم والمعلومات التي تتعلق بالصحة العامة ،
وصحة الأعضاء التناسلية الخاصة للمرأة وهي الأعضاء التناسلية،
وتنبع أهمية صحة المرأة والاهتمام بها ،
ليس من الاهتمام بصحتها ذاتها فحسب،
بل لأن صحتها تنعكس على العائلة،
فالمرأة هي عماد العائلة وعليها تعتمد صحة العائلة كلها من الزوج إلى الأولاد.
وتعتمد المحافظة على صحة المرأة على عدة عوامل من أجل الوقاية وتحسين نمط الحياة الصحية والاجتماعية:
وتبدآ بالتغذية، وهي تناول طعام صحي متوازن ،
والطعام هو مزيج من العناصر الغذائية مثل الكربوهيدرات والبروتينات والدهون والفيتامينات والمعادن والألياف،
والحصول على طعام متوازن يضمن حصول الجسم على كمية كافية من العناصر التي تحتاجها المرأة،
حتى تؤدي الأعضاء وظائفها بشكل كفئ. والرياضة البدنية مهم في الوقاية من تطور الأمراض وتحسن كفاءة أداء أعضاد الجسم ،
وتشير الأدلة أن ممارسة النشاط الرياضي بانتظام يمكن أن يؤدي إلى:
– الحد من خطر الإصابة بمرض السكري من النوع
٢ – تساعد في مكافحة السكري والوقاية من المضاعفات طويلة الأجل
– تقلل من خطر الإصابة بامراض القلب
– تزيد مستويات البروتين الدهني الكولسترول الجيد.
تخفض ضغط الدم المرتفع
-تحمي من مرض هشاشة العظام
– تفيد ضد التهابات المفاصل وآلام أسفل الظهر
– تقلل من خطر الإصابة بالسرطان وتحديداً سرطان الثدي بعد انقطاع الطمث.،
وتمنع الإصابة بسرطان الأمعاء. – تساعد على الحفاظ على وزن صحي
– تساعد في علاج الاكتئاب والخرف
– تقلل من الإجهاد وتحسن النوم وتعزز الاحساس بالكراهية.
ويمكن التعرض لأهم الأمراض والمشاكل التي تعاني منها المرأة وبحاجة لمزيد من الاهتمام
– أمراض الجهاز التناسلي وما يصيبها من التهابات بالعضويات المختلفة، والتشوهات الخلقية والتغييرات الفسيولوجية
– الحمل والولادة وما يتعلق بها من أمراض قد تعيق الولادة الطبيعية أو الأمراض الخاصة والمضاعفات التي تحصل أثناء الحمل
– آمراض القلب: والنساء أكثر عرضة لأمراض القلب بعد انقطاع الطمث، وأهم عوامل الخطر المرتبطة بها هي:
العمر و الوراثة وارتفاع نسبة الكولسترول في الدم وارتفاع ضغط الدم والخمول البدني،
والسمنة وداء السكري.
– سرطان الثدي وهو من أهم الأخطار التي تهدد المرزة ومن العوامل المشجعة لنشأة سرطان الثدي:
العمر والوراثة، والاستعداد الجيني، والحيض المبكر قبل سن ١٢ أو انقطاع الطمث بعد سن ٥٥ سنة.
وعدم الانجاب واستخدام بعض الأدوية والكحول وضعف المناعة والتغذية والسمنة.
– هشاشة العظام وترققها: وتنجم هشاشة العظام عن تناقص كثافة العظم، وقد تؤدى إلى التهاب المفاصل، ومن العوامل المشجعة أيضاً:
التقدم في العمر والعظام الرقيقة والفارغة، والعرق الأبيض والأصفر أكثر عرضة للمرض، وتغير الهرمونات ،، ونقص الكالسيوم وفيتامين د ، واستخدام بعض الأدوية مثل أدوية السكري، والكسل وقلة الحركة والتدخين والكحول. – الاكتئاب والقلق والنساء أكثر عرضة للاكتئاب من الرجال نتيجة لزيادة مستوى التوتر والتغيير الهرموني، وخاصة بعد الحمل والولادة وبعد انقطاع الطمث. البدانة والسكرى من النوع الثاني: إن السمنة وزيادة الدهون في الجسم هو تهديد بلكثير من الأمراض بما فيها السكري ووأمراض حصى الكلى والتهاب المسالك البولية والأمراض المنقولة جنسياً. وللبقاء في صحة جيدة يجب عمل الفحوصات الطبية الدورية والتي تشمل فحص الثدي والسمنة وسرطان عنق الرحم، وكذلك فحص الكولسترول وارتفاع ضغط الدم، وفحص ترقق العظام، والسكري ، وسرطان القولون والمستقيم.

So that the members perform their functions efficiently. Physical exercise is important in preventing the development of diseases and improving the efficiency of the functioning of the organs of the body.
Evidence suggests that regular exercise can lead to:
Reducing the risk of developing type 2 diabetes
